Hello. I love your designs a lot. I did not wear the dress yet, hence I can’t give a feedback about the dress yet. I would like to share with you the feedback regarding my shopping experience, I believe the customer service could be improved , a bit more interest to assist clients , advising with what can be best,how the model must be worn as I was not sure what is the right way to wear it and I was calling to ask advise, I did not feel that the assistant was happy to keep changing the sizes I asked , usually I am wearing M size but with your cloth majority was fitting S for me. I tried quite a lot of models to decide what I want but i did not feel lady was into me or to sell something . I was one client in the store so I don’t think it’s overwhelming for her to provide excellent customer service when I was only the client in the story, I think it’s even great opportunity to do extra miles for me to buy even more than one piece by right guide and advise.
Also, I liked the red dress you had but it was no “S” size I asked if I could leave my number to contact me once it’s back in the store but I said you don’t do it and I need to follow up on Instagram announcements.. I think it would be great to add this service customer list where sales team can give a call and inform the client once it’s back in stock, it’s extra miles and provides personal approach especially for boutique as you have. It’s just my advise.
I also visited your sample sale, unfortunately by 11 am when I arrived it was nothing left there , which is great but I did not see someone is assisting around as I was not able to open a door for 2 minutes till I start asking some clients through the door to open it.. I did not understand which items were on sale and which not , I did not see any sign, hence I left in few minutes as it was very crowded and busy fitting rooms , I saw people tried to wear cloth in the floor direct. It’s just my overall feedback. I am happy your had a great sample sale day. I love your designs and can’t wait to see new collection.
