Dear Mayka Team,

I recently placed my first order with Mayka and was truly impressed by the design of the dress. However, I was disappointed upon receiving it to find that two of the strass crystals were missing.

Additionally, when I wore the dress, the fabric became noticeably crimped after sitting and standing. Despite my efforts to smooth it out, the material remained creased and appeared squashed. Given the price point, I had expected higher quality in both the embellishments and the fabric.
